San Damiano Scholars (SDS) operates within the parameters of Louisiana’s School Tuition Organization (STO) and Tuition Donation Credit (TDC) Programs, raising private funds to provide Catholic school scholarships to those most in need in our community.  San Damiano Scholars works with parents and students to apply for scholarship funding at one of three Baton Rouge Catholic schools, and, pending acceptance into those schools, then provide the needed scholarship funding to attend.  SDS also issues tax credits in alignment with the TDC program to donors who meet the qualifications for those credits.
